Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return an item?
- Visit our Returns Center from your account or at the bottom of our website under "Need Help?".
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- The return window varies from 5 to 25 days from the date of delivery. You can check the product page for the exact return period.
- Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in resalable condition
- In the original pa0ckaging with all tags intact
- Photo proof may be requested to process the return. A coupon, promo code, or store credit may be issued if the return is past the allowed time, but this is not guaranteed.
What items are non-refundable?
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Any items that look worn, washed, and not in original condition
- Gift Cards
- Underwear and lingerie
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Items with monograms, custom prints, or tailored fits
- Sale, final sale, or clearance items
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Socks and hosiery (if packaging is opened)
- Face masks
- Beauty products
- Downloadable content
The item I received is damaged!
- If your product is faulty, please contact us within the specified return window (usually 5 to 25 days).
- Take pictures of the damaged product, as we will need them as proof. Failure to provide compelling evidence may result in a denied return request.
Can I exchange my items?
- We do not offer exchanges for selectable variants. You will need to return the unwanted items within the allowed time and place a new order for the desired items.
I haven’t received my order yet!
- If the delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery date, contact us within 10 days after the expected delivery at shipment-tracking@trendibliss.com.
- Delivery delays due to holidays, COVID-19, weather, or other circumstances will be investigated, and we may need up to four weeks to resolve the issue.
What if I entered incorrect shipping information?
- Contact us immediately at shipment-tracking@trendibliss.com.
- If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the shipping info but no guarantees. If it’s already shipped, you will need to reach out to the carrier.
Who handles shipping and handling fees?
- If you change your mind and decide to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, unless it’s for an item that is eligible for a 25-day return window. These items are part of our "Easy Returns" option.
- If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping fees within the allowed return period.
What are the refund options?
- Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (gift card).
How do I ship back the items?
- Refer to the email received after submitting your return request for detailed shipping instructions.
How soon will I get my refund?
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
